1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Size Exchanges
We accept return and size exchange requests within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original brand tags intact.
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse (usually within 48 hours of return delivery), we initiate a refund back to your original payment method via Razorpay or UPI. Refunds typically reflect within 3 to 5 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order online directly from your account page before it enters the "shipped" state. Full refunds are processed immediately for cancelled orders.
